A Bit About Timbernation
The beginning…
Timbernation has been in business since 2001 in Central Pennsylvania. Our founder, Chris Futrick, began the business by building his own website, all in html code. At first he offered children’s tables and chairs, cutting boards, and cabinets. Chris was always interested in music, and the High-End Audio equipment. Turntables, amps, speakers the whole works. He began to build platforms for his turntables only to give it a good look. He plugged it into his website and someone reached out to him and said “the solid wood helps isolate the components,” and asked if he could make a shelving unit with the platforms. Thus The Rack was born, and since then The Rack has become our most popular item.
Today Timbernation is still located in Central Pennsylvania and is family owned and operated.
Our Mission
The great characteristic our family business brings to wood furniture is the custom work we offer day in and day out. Everything we build is customizable and handmade giving the customer, you, the decision to mold your perfect idea. Nothing is manufactured. And our standard designs are suggestions and a scale for pricing.

Golden Ear Award 2021

With custom work and a small business, it may be hard sometimes to keep our lead times accurate. Please have an understanding and trust that we are preparing your product to be the greatest piece of furniture in your home. We will always communicate to you if something is going to take longer than expected.
